Your day & delivery

One box in a busy day: from our kitchen to your table

Office hours, a workout before work, a family dinner at eight. This page follows a box through the day: when it is cooked, how it travels, how to keep it, and where the rest of your eating fits around it.

The four meal slots, from stove to door

You choose one slot when you order. The kitchen plans its cooking around those slots, so that each box leaves Saket as close as possible to the time you will eat it.

  1. Breakfast

Cooked early, delivered before the working day

Breakfast boxes are the first to be packed. Choose this slot if you leave home early or like to eat at your desk before meetings.

  2. Lunch

For offices, shops and home desks

The most common slot. Give us an office address or a home address for working-from-home days; the note field is the place for a floor, a gate or a reception desk.

  3. Snacks

A planned bite for the long afternoon

For people who eat their main meals at home but want the gap between lunch and dinner covered with something measured.

  4. Dinner

Arrives for the evening, easy to warm up

Useful after late shifts, college or a workout. Dinner boxes can be reheated gently; see the notes on storage below.

Exact delivery windows depend on your area and the slot, and we agree them with you when we confirm the plan.

What arrives, and how to keep it

  1. 1

    The container

A closed tray or bowl sized for the plan; the Healthy Super Bowl comes in a 650 ml container.

  2. 2

    The parts of the meal

Dishes are kept apart where the plan has several parts, such as a vegetable dish and chapatis, or the main, snack, salad and soup of the Continental plan.

  3. 3

    The label

Plan name, food preference and the calorie range. Check it before you eat, especially if you share a fridge.

Keeping the box

  • Eat soon after delivery, or put the box in the fridge.
  • Keep it out of direct sun and hot cars, especially from April to June.
  • Reheat until hot all the way through, in a microwave-safe dish or a pan.
  • Do not keep leftovers for another day; if in doubt, leave it out.

Around the box

One planned meal is one part of the day

Knowing what is in one meal can make the rest of the day easier to think about. It does not decide the whole day, and nobody needs to count everything.

  • The planned meal

Its size and calorie range are known. You can relax about this one.

  • The other meals

Home food, a roti with sabzi, fruit, curd. Ordinary, varied eating around the box is part of the plan.

  • Water and drinks

Delhi summers are dry and hot. Sweet drinks and chai with sugar add up quietly over a day.

  • Movement and rest

A walk after dinner, a workout you enjoy, enough sleep. Gentle habits, not a programme.

Health comes first

When to talk to a doctor or registered dietitian

A meal plan is food, not care. These situations belong with a professional, and some of them cannot wait.

  • Before you start

Pregnancy, diabetes, kidney, heart or thyroid conditions, medication that interacts with food.

  • During the plan

Dizziness, ongoing tiredness, stomach trouble that does not settle, or weight loss you did not plan.

  • About food and mood

If thoughts about food, weight or calories start to take over your day, talk to a doctor you trust.

  • Call 112 now

Trouble breathing, swelling of the lips or face after eating, chest pain or fainting.

A question about your area, slot or box?

Tell us your locality in New Delhi, the slot you have in mind and anything you avoid eating. The kitchen team will answer about plans and delivery; for health questions, please see a doctor.

Read this before you choose a plan

Bewerom cooks one portioned meal a day and states a calorie range for each plan, so that everyday eating can be a little easier to keep track of. The pages describe our plans, ingredients, delivery and general habits around balanced eating. A meal plan does not diagnose, treat or replace care for diabetes, thyroid conditions, kidney disease, eating disorders, food allergies or any other health condition. We cannot promise weight change or any other result, and responses to the same food differ from person to person. If you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant, or notice pain or lasting changes in how you feel, speak with a doctor or a registered dietitian first.
