Who looks after your data?
The Data Fiduciary for this website is the owner of Bewerom (bewerom.world), a meal-plan kitchen at House No. 18, Block B, Saket, New Delhi, Delhi 110017, India. You can reach us at info@bewerom.world or on +91 11 4127 8963. The same email address is our grievance contact for every question about personal data.
Which law applies?
We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it. In this policy, "you" means the Data Principal, the person the data is about.
What do we collect, and from where?
| Data | Where it appears | Why it is asked |
|---|---|---|
| Email, name, phone number, optional area or city, preferred reply channel, message, consent tick | Contact form | To answer your question about plans, portions or delivery |
| Plan length, meal slot, food preference, delivery days, start date, optional note on allergies or access | Order block on each plan page | To show you a summary and price of the plan you are considering |
| Anything you write in an email to info@bewerom.world | Your own email | To reply and, if you wish, to agree a plan with you |
| IP address, time, requested page, browser type | Server logs of our hosting provider | To deliver the pages and keep the server secure |
In the current version of the website, the contact form and the order block are checked in your browser only. When you press the button, you are taken to a thank-you page; the details you typed are not transmitted to us, not stored and not added to the address of that page.
Do we ask about your health?
No. We do not request health information, and we ask you not to send it: please leave out diagnoses, test results and the names of medicines. The allergy note in the order block is meant for short kitchen instructions such as "no peanuts", not for medical history.
What do we use the data for?
- replying to the messages you send us by email or, in a future version, through the form;
- discussing and confirming a meal plan you have asked about;
- running the website safely and fixing technical faults.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions, and we do not sell it.
On what basis do we use it?
- You give consent by ticking the box in the contact form or by writing to us yourself.
- The consent covers the purpose named in this policy: answering you and, if you want, agreeing a plan.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@bewerom.world; this does not affect what was done before.
Server logs are processed for the legitimate use of keeping the website available and secure.
Who else sees the data?
- Hosting provider
- Stores the website files and keeps short technical logs of visits.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC)

Apart from these services and where the law requires it, we do not share your personal data.
How long do we keep it?
