Before you open a plan page

What each choice in the order block means

The order block on every plan page asks the same six questions. Here is what they decide.

Plan length
7 or 30 days. It sets the price shown in the summary card.
Meal slot
Breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner. One slot per plan; it does not change the price.
Food preference
Eggetarian, non-vegetarian or vegetarian. With vegetarian, no meat goes into the box.
Delivery days
Monday to Friday, Monday to Saturday or all days. Delivery does not change the price.
Start date
The first day you would like a box. We confirm it with you before cooking starts.
Note for the kitchen
Optional. Allergies, ingredients you avoid, or a gate and floor for the delivery person.

Allergies and special diets

One kitchen cooks all three plans, and dishes can contain common allergens such as milk, wheat (the chapatis), nuts, eggs or soy. We work carefully, but we cannot promise that a box is completely free of traces of any allergen.

If you have a serious food allergy, please write to us before ordering so we can tell you honestly whether a plan is suitable.

Ask a doctor or registered dietitian first if you

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • live with diabetes, a kidney, heart or thyroid condition
  • take medication that is affected by food
  • are planning a plan for a child or a teenager
  • are an older adult with a reduced appetite
  • have had an eating disorder, now or in the past

Recipe box of questions

Questions people ask before ordering

If your question is not here, the contact page reaches the kitchen team directly.

Will a plan help me lose weight?

We cannot promise that. A plan gives you one portion with a stated calorie range each day. How your weight changes depends on everything else you eat, how you move, sleep and on your health. Responses differ from person to person.

Can a meal plan replace treatment or medication?

No. Our plans are everyday food. They do not treat any condition and are not a substitute for treatment, medication or a diet prescribed by a doctor or registered dietitian.

What if a meal does not agree with me?

Stop eating that dish and tell us which plan and day it was, so we can look at the ingredients. If you feel unwell, speak with a doctor. In an emergency, such as trouble breathing or swelling of the face, call 112.

When should I see a doctor or dietitian instead?

Before starting any plan if you have a health condition, take medication or are pregnant, and at any time if you notice dizziness, ongoing tiredness, unplanned weight loss or other changes that worry you.

Why does only the plan length change the price?

The price covers the number of meals we cook. Your meal slot, food preference and delivery days change when and how we cook, not how much.

Why is the Continental plan 5 meals for 7 days?

The Continental Balanced Meal is sold as a weekly plan of 5 meals and a monthly plan of 20 meals. The delivery days you choose decide on which days of the week those meals arrive.

Can I have two meals a day?

Each plan brings one meal a day in the slot you choose. If you want food for two slots, please write to us and we will explain the options.

Do you deliver everywhere in Delhi?

We cook in Saket and confirm the delivery area for each order. Write your locality in the contact form or the order note and we will tell you whether we can reach it.

Is the calorie range exact?

It is a range, not a laboratory figure. Vegetables and home-style cooking vary a little from day to day, so treat it as a guide rather than an exact count.

Read this before you choose a plan

Bewerom cooks one portioned meal a day and states a calorie range for each plan, so that everyday eating can be a little easier to keep track of. The pages describe our plans, ingredients, delivery and general habits around balanced eating. A meal plan does not diagnose, treat or replace care for diabetes, thyroid conditions, kidney disease, eating disorders, food allergies or any other health condition. We cannot promise weight change or any other result, and responses to the same food differ from person to person. If you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant, or notice pain or lasting changes in how you feel, speak with a doctor or a registered dietitian first.
